Shipping Information

  • We charge $8.95 flat rate for shipping anywhere in the USA

  • Shipping to Canada or international addresses is available at a flat rate of $38.

  • In the case of a return, shipping rates are non-refundable.

BONUS PERK: PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITHIN 24 HRS OF YOUR PREVIOUS ONE AND RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING ON THE ADDITIONAL ORDER. 

  • While many packages are shipped from our main place of operation, please note that some items may ship from alternate locations, depending on product availability and brand partners.

  • Our regular shipping schedule is:

    • Orders placed Monday through Wednesday typically ship on Thursday or Friday

    • Orders placed Thursday through Sunday usually ship on Monday or Tuesday

PLEASE NOTE: Holidays and large promotional events may cause slight delays.

For MARKET LIVE events, shipping times may vary depending on the brand, as we must first receive the items from our vendors before shipping them to you.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If something doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange — just follow the guidelines below:

Return Guidelines:

  • A Return Form must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your package. You can access the return form here: The Bold Halo Boutique Return Form

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and free of odors.

  • Items returned with a smoke odor will not be accepted. These will be returned to the customer, who may lose future return privileges.

  • We do allow one-time size exchanges, but a Return Form is still required, and the original item must be shipped (at your expense) to the address listed in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Once received, we’ll ship the new size to you (at your expense)

Final Sale Items:

For hygiene reasons and to ensure product integrity, the following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Intimates

  • Swimwear

  • Accessories (including jewelry, hats, purses, scarves, etc.)

 

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • You may use any shipping carrier of your choice.

  • After submitting your Return Form, please ship item(s) promptly to:
